These are link errors. The listed function cannnot be found in caffelib.lib.
I suggest you re-build the caffelib project.
As far as I know, the only difference between FCN caffe and mine is crop_layer. If you need, I can merge it into my caffe.

Oh, it includes three pull requests, and some of them change the conv and inner_product layer. I don't think it is a good idea to merge it.
Fortunately, one of my friends has merged it 2 months ago. Here is his repo: https://github.com/terrychenism/caffe-windows-cudnn .
