Ah, I renamed the covariance_layer to gram_layer but forgot to push the gram_layer up. I have fixed it now.

Few words about installation without CUDA:
In addition to removing all .cu files I also this removed from all .vcxproj files:

  <ImportGroup Label="ExtensionSettings">
    <Import Project="$(VCTargetsPath)\BuildCustomizations\CUDA 7.0.props" />
  </ImportGroup>

and

  <ImportGroup Label="ExtensionTargets">
    <Import Project="$(VCTargetsPath)\BuildCustomizations\CUDA 7.0.targets" />
  </ImportGroup>

removed compute_xx, sm_xx.
And removed .cuh file (gpu_util.cuh) from .vcxproj. Don't know, is that necessary?

FAQ.md was nice addition just in time for me =)
(especially links helping to build dependencies, I goes to build with win32)
Maybe add some link from ReadMe.md to FAQ.md?

1. I am now wondering if I should create a project with cpu only and provide a link to download it.
2. FAQ.md is still under construction. I will add the link to readme.md in recent days.

Instructions help a lot, but separate already made project will be very useful.
