Settings file doesn't open, just shows cmd for a quick moment (No unlicenced error anymore). As for the installer one:

Yes have all the files. I dont have adb installed as a system path, thats why it prolly works for you.

I have not added adb as system path. I will look into it on 9AM Ist. This time I will check it on second laptop just to make sure.

Its actually my fault, i had it extracted in a location that needs admin privilege. Settings APP works. Installer same error.

Exe files are officially removed. please download latest file and run fixer.bat to fix errors. Please read instructions in readme.
