Make Connection button is unintuitive

Merging in #69, which asks for the ignore button to send a canned response. As per this request via Twitter, I propose that the response section should now be four buttons and a text field formatted thus:

[ Accept ] [ Reject ] [ Ignore ] [ Report Spam ]

The Accept and Reject buttons activate the text field (or reveal it from a hidden state). The Ignore and Report Spam buttons continue to behave as at present. If Accept/Reject is clicked and another candidate was previously accepted or rejected for the same job, that message is pre-filled for the user to edit and send.
