At least in modern versions of libfm-qt these things seem to come from /usr/local/share/libfm-qt/archivers.list. Strangely, arqiver is already there...

The built-in compression related commands have been removed entirely, to be replaced by https://hellosystem.github.io/docs/developer/filer-context-menus.
