初步确定了，为docker里的dns解析问题，表现为在docker内ping百度，显示
/var/www # ping www.baidu.com
ping: bad address 'www.baidu.com'
问题暂时还没有解决

解决：重启docker容器...
不解之处：直接reboot都不能解决，单独运行sudo systemctl restart docker后就解决了
注：问题解决时，没有任何dns修改
