I already try with the soul link but the skill it doesnt work.

Confirmed; using the atcommand @skillall causes the skill Union to be inapplicable with Skill Points in both the large and small skill windows. I tried giving myself a skillpoint with @skpoint but I was still unsuccessful in applying a point to the skill.
I also tried acquiring the skill by leveling up and acquiring Skill Points normally, and was still unable to apply a point to Union.
