[BUG] Wine version page doesn't work on Wayland and AppImage window header shows Wayland icon instead of Heroic icon

Hmm. I do not have the icon issue or the wine manager page issue on Arch.

If I look at Heroic in /usr/bin I get

Maybe try --ozone-platform-hint=auto instead of ELECTRON_OZONE_PLATFORM_HINT=auto

Weird, I tested it multiple times before and it didn't work, but now it is working sometimes with both ELECTRON_OZONE_PLATFORM_HINT=auto and --ozone-platform-hint=auto, at least on the AppImage, I haven't tested it again on the Flatpak. Also, clicking the refresh button works, but eventually when it stops showing Wine/Proton versions, refreshing also stops working.
