The current workaround is to use an API token as the password. You can generate a new one for Kensa with:

$ heroku authorizations:create --description "Kensa"

[jimsynz]

Odd, I get:

$ heroku authorizations:create --description "Kensa"
 !    `authorizations:create` is not a heroku command.
 !    See `heroku help` for a list of available commands.
$ heroku version
heroku-toolbelt/3.15.0 (x86_64-darwin10.8.0) ruby/1.9.3

@jamesotron sorry about that—currently that CLI functionality is still in a plugin, which you can get by running:

$ heroku plugins:install https://github.com/heroku/heroku-oauth
