Баг оказывается уже был найден и его взялись исправлять, подробнее тут #418
На будущее, в графу <Информация об установленных зависимостях> стоит писать не саму команду pip freeze, а ее вывод
Пример:

При авторизации на сайте, после введения авторизационных данных, выходит такая же ошибка, но если потом открыть главную страницу, то видно, что авторизация прошла успешно.
