Give me your CI.DLL please.
Could not query DSE state, GetLastError 5 - Nal driver failed at read operation.
0xC0000010 mean STATUS_INVALID_DEVICE_REQUEST you have something 3rd party loaded that prevents this driver from operations.
Switch from Nal to another provider through -prv command.

THAANKS, it worked with -prv 3. The strange thing is that a few days ago -prv 0 worked too.
I guess i installed some game with some anticheat...

Your CI.DLL is fine. You can figure out who is blocking Intel nal by quering loaded drivers list with a MS driverquery command.
