这个站点可能要飞机才能访问（不正经的那种），可以只运行bilibili的test case

可能你没装ffmpeg吧，bilibili下载视频合成需要这个工具，请详细阅读README或CONTRIBUTING

如果你在命令行中输入ffmpeg，提示你找不到文件，说明你还需要把ffmpeg的bin目录配置到环境变量里面才算安装好，这个错误等价于你在命令行中输入ffmpeg找不到文件
