Could you please remove the .cache directory so that all the scripts from the config.js are refetched?

It seems to solve the problem for me. Please try this out and let me know if it does not work for you - I will investigate this further.

Just performed a checkout of the stable branch that includes this fix, but I'm still encountering the initial error. Upon inspecting the configuration, I noticed that both moment-timezone.js and moment.js scripts are included. However, during page evaluation, the error persists:
