有报什么错么 我试了下WebAudio和Audio都可以的

应该是跨域问题。WebSound.html里面远程地址应该是已经设置了Access-Control-Allow-Origin

WebSound.html资源是同域的。
只有WebAudio会遇到跨域问题，可以资源设置cors头或者使用HTMLAudio
