Since CreateOrder is executed in OrderTypeMarket, the Order is processed immediately, so the Order should not be cancelable.

You should be able to tell by checking the OrderStatus included in the GetOpenOrders Response.

So how can we close a position with the API ?

Another weird things, I can't create an order with the same OrderLinkId after the previous position has been Filled or Cancelled.

I'm wondering if the issue is only on the testnet or not

(I think it's previous order, not previous position)

Since the orderLinkId you specified has already been assigned to an order, I don't think you can assign the same orderLinkId to another order.

An error such as

110072, OrderLinkedID is duplicate

should be returned.
