This AIO list is very aggressive and should be considered a "block by default" list, so for your case I'd suggest that if you like that website enough disable the list for just that site and see if there are too many ads. If there are too many then I'm sure there are many other sites that provide stock info.

The whole point of submitting this issue was so that the offending entry could be removed.
It’s a site I use daily (often several times) and I’m not going to manually unblock it each time.

I’ll just delete the filter.

I installed it a couple days ago, so I don’t know yet if it was better at stopping ads than the other filters in AdBlock. But I do know some of the filters are in Fanboys Ultimate List that I use.
