Building HOL4 will crash with latest Apple update of Xcode

Just in case somebody else also encounters these issues.

I was not able to install the file from https://developer.apple.com/download/all/?q=xcode, there was error of too new OS (macOS Sonoma 14.0) so I used xcodes to install the specific version:
https://github.com/XcodesOrg/xcodes

Then there was an issue with MLton, so I created poly-includes.ML and added "val MLTON = NONE;".

Finally there was an issue of:
ld: can't open output file for writing: /Users/viljamivirolainen/HOL/bin/Holmake, errno=2 for architecture arm64 clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation) Failed to make Holmake (Fail "Command failed")

But that was solved by "mkdir bin" in HOL directory.

I've added an FAQ entry to describe what I think is the best workaround for this issue (in HOL-Theorem-Prover/hol-webpages@37dc154177c4c) so will close this issue now.
