have you looked at dyff completion bash ? You can do eval $(dyff completion bash) and then you have this, I think?

it's something many CLIs support. You can see it in there if you run dyff -h.
So no, it's not a standard feature of Go, but it's common to have in this sort of tool.

Looks like completion is part of the Cobra library that handles arg-parsing and such, so if you're using cobra, you can get tab completion for free.
