改变的基础是接纳。
实在是不能更同意了。
这种抱怨根源是归因在外因，而外在的因素是很难改变的，改变自己的认知去理解和接纳相对更容易很多，人际关系上大多数问题都是出自于想改变别人而不是改变自己的认知。
不过我依然觉得抱怨背后的愤怒情绪是有价值的，它意味着想改变的动力，只是方向选错了。
