Looks like the The next mini break is never counting down , always remain 10 minutes.

Could you please paste the content of log? We will see what happens there. My guess is that your machine goes to the idle mode, that is often the case.

Preferences -> About -> Ctrl+D and logFile.

@yuyang-ok , it's the option Monitor system idle time: after some inactivity time, bey default, breaks are paused.

It's what happens in your case:
