is unit tested for every day in the range of +/- 1 million years (from 0000_y
), using months in the range [1, 12], corresponding to [Jan, Dec].

D'oh! I'm sorry, it turned out to be a Code 18 error. The error was in my conversion routines, and I had wrongly assumed that it came from from_day_point
when I saw [0, 11]. I now see two lines over (at 2222) that is gets transformed to a range [1, 12].
