This isn't a problem regarding the code but about your computer. I would just search up the issue.

Also, I'm not too familiar with Windows OS and OneDrive. But from what I can see, it may be because OneDrive is an online place to put files and not local to your computer? For example, in my project, I keep all the code and project in the folder located at:
/Users/hritikroychowdhury/Desktop/Hritik/3D/threeJSWork/MinecraftJS
Here, everything is in my computer. Once again, I don't know how OneDrive works.

When it says "The system cannot find the path specified", it means that the folder does not exist in the path. So, I'm quite sure either that you have entered the path incorrectly or because it is stored in OneDrive.
