This is a limitation in HSLs scheduling system, which operates on one minute resolution. If the travel time is below one minute between two stops, they will receive the same scheduled times for both of the stops. The reported timetables correspond to the stop timetable (saturday departure for the route 75)
https://aikataulut.reittiopas.fi/pysakit/fi/1240121.html and https://aikataulut.reittiopas.fi/pysakit/fi/1240122.html show 16:08 which is the time reported in the API.
As for the real time data, the LIJ project still doesn't do arrival/departure predictions per stop but only reports a single delay which affects all stops for the trip.
