These two warnings no longer come up as facebook instant articles was removed as a dependency

Query Monitor is now no longer abandoned! So halfway there. I don't think we can do anything about the other package until the WP unit testing framework is updated.

Shall we close or keep it open to track updating the unit testing framework?
