应该是代码写得有问题吧，用原作者的代码能跑通吗？

可以试一试直接运行命令

qemu -fda floppy.img -boot a

如果不行的话用别的 floppy.img 软盘镜像试试看

P.S. 我在 macOS上是可以的，qemu 是 brew 安装的
