Hello, this seems to be the problem of point cloud format, please make sure that your point cloud format is consistent with the format given by livox ros driver;
Currently we don’t have Ouster LiDAR at hand, it's best if you may record the point cloud topic from Ouster LiDAR to a rosbag and then send it to us ([email protected]) and we will check and debug.
