Don't forget gear images from the shop or from your teammates. The Gear tab shows what you, your teammates, and your opponents were wearing.
Would the easiest way to accomplish this for weapons etc. just be to record the URLs of all icons client-side as they're used, and then either have an opt-in service or ask users to manually upload the captures to collate them? The filenames are hella long hashes (or just random) so I don't think they can just be enumerated.
