Seems like this might have been an issue on the server side.
As mentioned earlier, there were no problems in the Kia Connect app on my phone - I was able to view and control the vehicle. But one thing I hadn't tried was to log out of the Kia Connect app on my phone and log back in again. I did this today and it forced me to change my password. It didn't give me a reason why...
I changed the password in the app and then changed the password in the Home Assistant integration and now it all seems to be working again.
For reference, the Kia Connect integration password can be updated in the following file in Home Assistant:
config/.storage/core.config_entries (search for "kia" and you'll see it)
Closing this issue now.

This issue is not resolved - please reactivate.
Entities became unavailable last night.
Neither most recent not downgrading works.
Logging in and out of Kia app didn't work (no prompt to change password)
