Provide a way to set a keyboard shortcut

Thanks for this nice little extension - one of the few with minimal permissions.

It would be great being able to assign a keyboard shortcut in order to copy the current page.

One could make it even nicer by simulating the TabCopy extension (Chrome only):

hit once to copy selected tab
hit twice to copy all tabs in the window
hit three times to copy all tabs in all windows

If that's something you'd like to see (and publish), I can try providing a PR.

Get distinct icons

Currently copying Markdown and HTML use the same icons, which is problematic when they are in the URL bar without any text.

Icons don't work

The icon doesn't show up in the pageAction or context menu

Copying the URL *and* the title is too hard

Has too many permissions

I'm not 100% sure which permissions are required, but not all of them at least
