Describe how to use remote fs as primary fs only

Also, when local name for a remote filesystem differs from its remote filesystem name - which one should be used for primaryFs and remoteFs ? For example my remote fs is named locally remote_fs0_1m, but on remote cluster its name is fs0_1m.

Which names should be used for these params ?
