Meh, not really feeling it. If anything, I'd let people simply star the underlying gist. They'd have to be authed first. This is doable.

🤔 Is still an issue?
Unless you feel itchy to implement this, I would advise closing it in favour of "just" showing stars...
(And create a dedicated issue for that).
