Noticed that the builtins pipes requires CherryPy and eventlet. You might want to add them to the list of dependencies in the README.

Just to clarify: I've rewritten the fetcher to be threaded to better work with cherrypy. Therefore I'm about to drop the requirement on eventlet. The cherrypy requirement needs to be in setup.py.
