Use Time Intervals rather than absolute dates

To be precise, every "date" or "time" should have this representation.

I've added a "FuzzyDate" type to the schema. It has an "Operator" field that can be used to signify "before", "after", "approximately", etc. and a "Comment" field for extra detail if needed. Any of the "Day", "Month", or "Year" fields can be set or left empty as required.

For other dates that represent a known exact date I set to an Int type and it can be filled with a Unix Timestamp.
Those would be for comments or other data that is time stamped when it is added to the site.
