I think we should put it. But need to define the mapping in order to put it in Matroska.

I think the StreamHeader would go in CodecPrivate but some fields contradict what would go in Matroska so we need to define how to interpret them or rewrite them or remove them.

The Encoder Info would probably go in CodecPrivate too.

The Audio Packet would go in the Block. The Key/Size should be stripped. It may also be stripped in parts that go in CodecPrivate but it's probably better to leave it as it allows putting extra ones that are easy to interpret for a MPC parser.

Any particular reason you assigned me to this? I've never looked into MusePack, and I'm not particular interested in looking into it at the moment. I'll gladly review a proposal for a spec if someone else writes one, though.
