Removing tab from TabControl permanently crashes every TabSelector linked to it

I have the same issue. To save your data from tabs just delete all tabControl and undo by ctrl+z.

I advise you to change tabs by materialTabControl1.SelectedTab = tabPage1;

Has anyone figured out a solution for this?

I managed to work around the issue by deleting tabs until the selector worked again (Lucky for me I only had to delete empty tabs), then adding new tabs was no problem.
It seems the 'add tab' or 'remove tab' quickmenu from the designer messes up everyting... you should Always use the tabPages windows found in the property list to add/remove tabs.
