@bsenyk On top of my head for now several approaches to content linking/sharing.

• Using the file-transfer plugin and do a similar thing to the F-droid app by creating a local server.
• Use another app for synchronising the folders where the zip are stored between two phones via bluetooth or nfc.
• Look into OBB as the "expansion pack" format for android app (which is used by Story Maker for content packs).

Security concerns: sharing via bluetooth/nfc/ad-hoc wifi is relying on the underlying peer-to-peer transport security and needs to be looked into
