归档周期是不是设置了5000ms?
归档周期与变化上传是配合的，如果勾选了变化上传，即使数据没变化，时间达到归档周期也会强制归档一次，如果不需要你可以把这个时间设置的足够长。

出现问题时，归档周期原设置为1小时：3600000ms
