Basically this is a doc issue. Repo name is required or command gets confused.
I could make it more robust later but just fixed doc for now.
Most params take a general form of:
key1=value1
key1 value1
The '=' is optional, since the keyword args are predefined in the OPTIONS_SPEC.
But for the edit pair list, the = is not allowed. This could change later.
Sorry about the late reply. I finally have all the commands to handle issues
using git-hub, so I am using them to deal with all the outstanding issues.
