@dzhoshkun thank you for your interest in RDM. As you may be able to tell, this project is a work-in-progress, and the documentation is out of date and incomplete. I believe that the documentation is incorrect, and that rdm release should be rdm render. In practice, one would use the Makefile generated by running rdm init, rather than running rdm render directly.

We are using RDM for two 510(k)s at the moment, so it will be improved substantially over the up-coming months. I will leave this Issue open for now, and will let you know once we have improved our documentation further.

@johndgiese Thank you very much for the quick feedback! We are interested in using rdm for streamlining our reg-doc generation as well. Will let you know if we have further feedback down the line.
