I will add some ARM build targets. In the mean time you can build the project manually via:
Fetch sources:

go get github.com/inovex/mqtt-stresser

Change to src dir:

cd $GOPATH/src/github.com/inovex/mqtt-stresser

Crossbuild on any other CPU architecture:

# Static Arm5:
GOARCH=arm CGO_ENABLED=0 GOOS=linux GOARM=5 go build -a -installsuffix cgo -o build/mqtt-stresser-linux-arm5-static
# Static Arm6:
GOARCH=arm CGO_ENABLED=0 GOOS=linux GOARM=6 go build -a -installsuffix cgo -o build/mqtt-stresser-linux-arm7-static
# Static Arm7:
GOARCH=arm CGO_ENABLED=0 GOOS=linux GOARM=7 go build -a -installsuffix cgo -o build/mqtt-stresser-linux-arm7-static
