the command is ./h264encode --intra_period 260 --idr_period 260 --ip_period 1 --srcyuv ./akiyo_cif.yuv -n 0

I tried ffmpeg 4.3, it's ok. But libva-utils/encode/h264encode is not ok. I use h264encode as a sample to stream, so I need to enlarge GOP size, But the frame_num has error.
