Thanks for the report. Are you able to reproduce this with an plain Angular app (ng new)? I tried your reproduction with Node 20.4.0 on Windows 10, but I was unable to reproduce the same error.

it's working fine with ng new I am able to run the angular project.

Interestingly, two builds failed on ionic appflow with the same error but when I tried it third time it worked. However, it's still not working on my machine and getting "Error: Module build failed (from ./node_modules/@angular-devkit/build-angular/src/tools/babel/webpack-loader.js)"

Unbelievable! I initialized ionic app in a different folder and it worked.

What do you get when you run npm ls @angular-devkit/build-angular in the directory where the app was broken?

Also, do you have a link to an AppFlow build that was failing with this error? I can pass this along to the team to take a closer look.
