A simple text logger. Takes in a message and looks for color-tag words (PASS->green, NOTE->cyan, ERROR->red, DEFAULT->white) and then prints the message with Hour & Miniute tags to console appropriately colored and then logs the time and message to a generated run_log.txt file.
