Which license of this repository it self?
That's a tricky question (one I haven't been able to answer myself). I don't actually own the copyright to of the license documents, and I'm not sure what copyright the documents themselves are under. I'm assuming that any derivative works (i.e., my markdown formatting) to those documents would still be under whatever license those individual documents were using.
I am thinking I will add your credit. So I prefer CC-BY.
I would like that. :)
Strictly speaking, I don't actually require attribution (at least for the licenses that I personally converted to Markdown), however, it is really nice if attribution is given so that others can find this repository and benefit from it as well.
