Maybe @thomaskf can help, he did the latest release, 22h ago, of 2.2.1-beta
Does it mean anything that you call it beta?
Why do all of the releases since 2.1.2 contain beta? Because none of them are sufficiently tested?
To make things even stranger, at some point, see screenshot above, 2.1.6 was labelled latest but this release has since been nuked from the release overview.
