This clashes with remote build. I'll close that for now.

Also, please note that uploading and running code on worker env is so easy now, so we barely need this functionality.

Wait....before closing this I'd like to discuss how the user experience will be for remote build. I'm still not convinced that we should NOT allow a local build/test/run capability for users.

Ya, I still think we should have a way to run things locally. With ng, you can't really do it at all without changing code because the require's don't work.

PS. need some docs on it, specifying that it might work differently on servers etc etc etc. Simple example - I'm runnning 32b linux and, obviously, phantom worker can't work locally. Also, I did my best to isolate ruby workers from system gems (to ensure that only merged gems used), however can't guarantee it's 100% accurate (bug reports are welcome).
