preferred way for creating code is iron_worker upload with workerfile and as I see more and more customers are using it, so no big deal. implemented these wrappers already (similar way), looks ok, api for customers still using Code::XXX.new not changed resolving.

it's bad. do NOT reopen this one anymore, I'm not going to break any customer's code by any means (exception - we can deprecate/remove things which aren't used at all).
