Geographical filter - layer extent

This was put on milestone V1 about one month ago together with the "Geographical filter - canvas extent", because at the time, it wasn't clear which one we would implement.
For technical reasons, and according to the dialog with Isogeo clients, we chose to developp the canvas extent filter.
It is possible that the betatesting feedbacks will ask for a change in the way the filter works, but in the mean time, it is useless to implement two filters with the same purpose in one version.
So this is out of milestone V1.

GUI hint :
Both layer extent and canvas filters should be in a single combobox.
The user could then choose between filtering on :

• the canvas extent
• layer x extent
• layer y extent
• ....

Note :
QGIS bookmarks won't be included in the combobox, because there is no way to access their SRS ESPG code, due to a QGIS bug : https://hub.qgis.org/issues/14393
When this bug is fixed, the bookmarks can be reached this way :
