I am trying to "catch" this behavior on a debug version to fix it, problem is on my PC it reproduces extremely bad, but I totally agree that it's very important function, so asap

I've observed the following on my system, win 10:

• Most of the times, if the app is set to load up with windows, it remains in the background (upon system startup)
• After I restart the app, it's always on top
  I've had occasions where it goes in the background again after a restart, but not directly afterwards, usually some time has passed and I've probably used a full-screen application or something, so I can't point to a cause.

Nice catch about behaviour upon system startup, I've been able to reproduce it on one of my PCs, will try to dig into why it happens, thanks !
