Sending packet id 00FF makes the UART stop on the board

This error is periodic, and only happens when the packet_id starts at 0. If it starts at 1, or 200, we don't get any error at all.

When packet_id starts at 0:

As long as the start of packet_id is not zero, no problem can be constated. Let's keep it starting at 1 for the moment.
